Charlotte NC Regional Reunion Itinerary

The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 201 McDowell Street in downtown Charlotte NC.
This will be a pay as you go luncheon meeting from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, the cut off date for RSVP is
Nov 1, 2009.  If you plan to attend please get you name in by that date, also to those who have already RSVP'd if your schedule changes and you are not able to attend please let us know because the Association will have to pay for those of you who do not attend.  Please park in the attached parking garage and bring you parking ticket inside to be validated (otherwise there will be a $ 6.00 parking fee).  For those of you who will need to stay overnight the Crowne Plaza has offereed us a rate of $63.75 per night plus tax and parking.  Ask for the "CMA State Rate".

10:45 AM - 11:00 AM  -  Sign in an pick up name badges at the door
11:00 AM - 11:30 PM  -  Order Meal and Casual Welcome, 2009 Annual Reunion Slide Show
11:30 PM - 12:30 PM  -  Welcome and Introductions, Blessing of The Meal Memorial Slide Show
12:30 PM -  1:30 PM  -   Lunch - Informal Bull Session
  1:30 PM -  2:30 PM  -   Then & Now Slide Show - Photo Session

Regional Reunions

The Regional Reunion in Charlotte NC is shaping up to be great event, so far 36 cadets and wives have RSVP'd to come.  We hope that you guys that have not signed up will join us on Nov 7, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel .  We have to have the head count in by Nov 1st so don't be late and miss your seat at the table. The Regional Reunion in Lexington KY was a big success with a large time had by all that attended, go to the website and read the testamonies and view the photos in the September 09 Newsletter.

Our Attendess are finding out that they really enjoy seeing and talking to all of there old friends as well as meeting and making new friends from the other school years.  Don't miss this wonderful opportunities to come to this event when it comes to your area.
