Your CMA Board of Directors have put together and exciting reunion in Myrtle Beach SC at the beautiful Sand Dunes Resort Hotel. The dates are April 23rd, 24th , & 25th, 2010. We would like to invite all of our CMA Alumni, Classmates, Faculty, Family, & Friends to join us for what is shaping up to be one of the best and largest reunions ever.
Randy Jennings has packaged your reunion information into a weblink that you can click on below to find out what is planned for this event. He has also worked his magic and put a CMA Reservation Form online so that you can enter your information online, select the things that you want to do and then purchase them online, Randy will elaborate on the procedures below.
Two Important Deadline Dates To Remember;
Deadline Date for Hotel Reservations - March 15, 2010
Deadline Date for your CMA Reunion Form- April 1, 2010
We have a block of rooms which must be purchased before the deadline to get the discounted rate.
We are really excited about this reunion and seeing all of our recently reconnected cadets who have never been to a CMA Reunion before at Myrtle Beach in April 2010. Be sure to bring your camera, CMA Annuals, CMA Memorabilia, scrapbooks, photos, and even your bugle and anything else from your CMA Days.

at this page you can find out all about the great things you can participate in at the reunion. The restaurants, the shows, the hospitality room (we have rented a penthouse suite for our hospitality room this year) no more small hospitality room. You can find out about our CMA business meeting, its agenda and our Memorial Ceremony to our fallen comrades. You will learn about the traveling Viet Nam mini wall in the Hall of Heroes.
This page gives you information about where we will be staying, how to make your room reservations, How to choose and select the activities you want and how to purchase the tickets online.
You will be able to fill out your CMA Reunion Reservation Form online, once you fill out your info and hit continue, your will be able to purchase your, Reunion/Saturday Night Dinner Ticket, or an optional Friday night Dinner & Show. You can select a optional Saturday Luncheon at the Sea Captains House also.
Follow the link above to get your information and then when you are ready to sign up, click on the red button below. Just a few words of advise. Once you have entered your reservation information and pressed the continue button, be careful, when you select the item you want to purchase, enter the quanity, (one for each person) and then hit the "add to cart" button. Once you have chosen all of your items, select the "save and check out later" button. This way you will get to review your purchase before you go to the check out. If you have made a mistake click the "revise button" and go back and change it. Before you get to check out you must select the form of payment button. The only one available at this time is "Check" Next year you will be able to purchase with a credit card.
When you select the "save and check out later" button it will automatically send you and the association a copy of your reservation and contact information and a copy of you item order. When you are sure that everything is correct proceed to check out. If you discover you have made a mistake after this you will have to contact me by email or phone and I will fix what ever mistake was made. This may sound confusing but once you have read these instructions you will not have any trouble,
